Mark Down, is classically trained in French cuisine and has 25 years of experience. During his career he has catered for pop stars and VIPs and was part of the team that catered for Prince Charles’ 50th Birthday Party. He also spent a number of years working in a restaurant in France where he learnt the art of real French cookery. Mark then moved on to develop and launch a very successful range of additive free ready-to-cook meals.

Currently he is running cooking holidays from his beautiful ancient farmhouse in the charming Vienne region of France.
