Ingredients

8 slices of bread (preferable thick cut)

2 eggs

1 cup milk

¼ cup flour

Powdered sugar

Butter

 
Preparation

Beat the eggs

Add the milk and flour to the beaten eggs. Mix together.

Pour the mixture through a fine sieve (to remove flour clumps) into a bowl

Soak the bread slices in the mixture.

Fry the soaked bread on one side until golden brown, then turn and fry until the other side is golden brown. Fry in butter for extra taste.

Sprinkle the sugar onto the French toast and serve.
