- Remove the leaves and internal stem. Cut the rest of the cauliflower into bits (about 1 inch or 2cm in size).
- Place the cauliflower into a pot and cover with broth. If you don't have broth, use water and broth powder.
- Add a package of soup mix
- Cook until the cauliflower is soft (about 20 minutes), then serve.
If you prefer, you can use a blender on the soup to change it to cream of cauliflower soup. |
